Crossroads Homemaker Centre is a premier shopping destination in Sydney, NSW, home to over 35 big-brand retailers and offering 1,600 car park spaces. As a key player in the retail landscape, the centre needed a website that effectively connected shoppers with store information, promotions and events. The goal was to create a seamless, intuitive online experience that reflected the brand’s identity while meeting visitor expectations for an intuitive experience online.
Despite its strong retail presence, the previous Crossroads Homemaker website lacked a streamlined approach for users to find essential information efficiently. The existing store directory was difficult to navigate, store details were often outdated and promotional content was not well-integrated.
