Improving brand look and feel
Honest Coffee’s core message was being lost in a disjointed user experience, that ultimately didn't tell the target audience what Honest Coffee stood for as a business. We aimed to solve that problem by redesigning the layout and brand look / feel, to align better with the NZ target audience.
Enhancing user experience design
The website now not only feels more like a NZ brand, but has also been optimised, design-wise to allow for more clarity when users are looking for key product info, and making purchasing decisions online. The improved brand and user experience will drive additional sales through the website, and establish the brand alongside its competitors in the online coffee capsule market moving forward.
