Making complex business process simple
IBSL is a national health and safety consultancy based in Auckland, NZ. With the industry rapidly moving into the cloud, IBSL understood the importance of making a significant investment into their brand and technology landscape in order to gain competitive edge. We began the process by developing a new logo - which would help align the brand identity with their new-found digital ethos, as well as growth strategy moving forward. In the background, we focused on their biggest pain - transforming IBSL into a digitally-led company by creating a bespoke online platform for managing all things health and safety.
Software designed for simplicity
The bespoke web application built on the open-source October CMS platform mirrors all aspects of the IBSL service offering. Everything from compliance, management and automation to form customisation, reporting, and notifications. By moving into the cloud IBSL has gained significant time savings across every customer touchpoint, not to mention cost savings when consulting on client information and their businesses in real-time. To insure a quality user experience for IBSL customers, we designed a simple interface, navigation and overall experience that everyone from their consultants to clients could easily work with. Being a bespoke software tool means that moving forward as valuable customer feedback is returned to IBSL, they can integrate desired features, functionality and 3rd party API's as the requirements evolve and the business continues to scale.
